Effect of Pressor substance in the decidua and amniotic fluid of patients with acute toxemia of pregnancy on the rabbit and rat E.C.G. (Ⅱ)

Abstract
|
|
|
I) Electrocardiogram of the rabbit was showed sinus slowing and increased amplitude of ventricular complex(QRS-T) by the administration of pressor substance in the_ decidua and amniotic fluid of patients with acute toxemia of pregnancy.
2) Sinus slowing and increased amplitude of ventricular complex by the administration of pressor substance in the decidua and amniotic fluid of patients with acute toxemia of pregnancy inhibited by reserpine, atropine, chlorpromazine, histamine and acetylcholine, but all actions of pressor substance in the decidua and amniotic fluid were accelerated by serotonin hypertensine, nor-adrenaline and dibenamine.
3) Sinus slowing and increased amplitude of ventricular complex by the administration of pressor substance in the decidua and, amniotic fluid with acute toxemia of pregancy were complectly blocked by pepsin and chymotrypsin.
